Terms and Conditions

Broken/Defective Products

Defective or Damaged product(s) must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. If you receive your product and it is broken or damaged, LEDandDriver will replace the product(s) at no charge. We are not responsible for breakage of orders that are shipped outside the United Sates.

Missing Orders

A missing order must be reported with 15 days of the order ship date for reimbursement

Modifying your Order

Once an order is placed we cannot modify the product aspect of an order. If need, please reach out to customer service and we can cancel the order and place a new one with the right product and amount. Changes in shipping address are possible but we must be notified immediately after the order has been placed. We typically ship most orders same day and that allows a short period of time to change an address.

Pricing Errors

If a pricing error occurs, the price will promptly be corrected. We will notify you which items were incorrectly prices and you have have the option to cancel or keep your order.

Backorders

We will notify you of any backorder exceeding 5 business days via email or phone number provided.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order with us as long as the order has not been sent out to the warehouse for processing. We Reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason. We will refund you completely for canceled orders.
